We don’t exclude this option, although we prefer to avoid the outstaffing model. Instead, we’re more inclined to go for full outsourcing. For us, the most convenient option is to work on a ready-to-operate basis, where we do everything on our own. This way, we can apply our experience in team management and remain fully responsible for the quality of the final product.
We are experienced in integrating and collaborating with teams. But with the outstaffing model, we try to integrate at least two people from our team. Also, we prefer to make sure that there is acceptable project management on the client’s side, or we provide a project manager on our part.
